A friend says I should do yoga. Curiously I was thinking about that myself a couple days earlier, as I lamented not being able to shed these few extra pounds. Not that yoga is designed for losing weight, but since calories would be burned, it would happen. And since I’d have to pay for a class, I’d have to show up and actually do it. So I might look around for basic intro yoga classes in town. Ones that do not require people to touch their toes. (I could never touch my toes, or not since 3rd or 4th grade, anyway. And I don’t WANT to. Why would I?) All I want is to loosen up my body muscles a bit and inadvertently lose 7 pounds.
