Excellent. I think my internal clock has finally been reset. Possibly a side effect of the end of my cold, possibly just from a good dinner out with the boys, I found myself falling to sleep at a really humane hour of 11pm. And I got up at ~11am too, which may sound late but was nice too. If I can stick to this, it may put an end to my 2am bedtime, which I have felt for a long time is just too, too late.
