140lbs
Maybe losing too much weight now. 140lbs. Means I lost 9lbs in 5 weeks. I still have some fat around my belly but I don’t intend to go below 140lbs. If I accidentally reach 135lbs that is alright, but I want to stay around 140lbs.
I admit I am feeling a little hungry, and ideally I should not feel that way. I have not had any hypoglycemic symptoms however, and that means that the vegetable fat I’ve been eating (guac, mostly) must be working.
