How does this figure? Last week, I ate a bunch of MoJo bars. Like, two boxes worth. Made me edgy from the sugar and carbs but so tasty I couldn’t resist. Despite eating them, I remained 135lbs. Today, two days without eating any MoJo bars, I am suddenly 140lbs. How did this happen??? I was sleeping a lot this week, I wonder if it is possible that the decreased caloric burn from sleeping actually made me gain weight… In any case, I think this is a clear indication that I must get back on that darn stationary exercise bike again.
