Had a dream that turned lucid at one point (so I was in control of what I did and said). Finding myself among a bunch of people who appeared to be the dead (but were otherwise quite busy), I pointed out “Hey, I’m not dead — I’m from Boulder.” I was told to “Shhh!” by one of them as that could upset the others. This one started to give me advice along the lines of “stop bothering with spiritual pursuits and take opportunities in the physical”. I told him I’d consider it, but that it would be difficult to follow his advice too well because there was a lot of echo and reverb on his voice that made it hard to understand what he was saying. (There was).
A few minutes before that though, I tested whether turning a light switch on and off in a lucid dream felt the same as in real life. It did, nearly. This test was to check on something from several years ago. It doesn’t mean anything, but it was something I wanted to check. The sensation of touch was the same. However, looking around was not — it was disjointed.
