Ah. Some days — hardly ever, but some days — I feel like unplugging from the net, and from computers in general. Today is one of those days. A client pursuing the final elements of his website, an office where one computer ended its long life recently and where another two are having Timbuktu problems… It is all so dreary.
Then there’s the calls that are related to this. A voice mail message asking if I could call to hear about what to do with the broken computer. “How about just say what you want done on the message?” I wonder to myself and do not call. No less than half a dozen emails flying around about the Timbuktu problems, none of which actually do anything but restate the fact that there is a problem (and that I’ll be doing a service call with a Timbuktu person later in the week).
This is all just noise. Staticy, blinding noise.
What I WANT to do is come up with some T-shirt designs for RedBubble.
